I was the first in my family to graduate college. I broke into corporate tech (Google, Amazon, Disney, & more), made six figures, and checked every box. But I realized I wasn’t free — I was trapped by comfort. So in 2022, I bet on myself. I got laid off, and instead of going back, I built several businesses from scratch that have kept me financially free and out of corporate America.
Since then, I'm sharing my experience and knowledge so that others can follow and improve upon their career success. If I can do it, you can do it, too.
First-gen college grad paid 100% of my own way through university, helping my parents with side hustles, while working full-time myself. Specialized in management and HR, juggling multiple internships that set the foundation for what came next.
Landed my first corporate role through a junior-year internship. Had all the "dream job" checkboxes: cushy office, great benefits, 401(k) match, pension. Looked perfect on paper, but something felt missing.
Got a surprise call for a Google contract role while washing dishes and I bet on myself. This kickstarted by career in 'Tech' for the next 10 years growing through roles in program management, talent, product, large impact projects. Loved the work and people, but always felt pulled toward something more purposeful. I was laid off and never looked back as I started to make more income investing than in my tech career.
Took the leap in Oct' 2024. Left the tech/corporate focus on my investing activity in real estate, multiple businesses, starting a future non-profit, and invest full-time. It's the most aligned I've ever felt-personally and professionally-and I'm excited to help others do the same.
